The Commission Advocating Rights for Minorities (CARM) is a not-for-profit charitable agency based in Scotland, dedicated to advocating for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of marginalized and minority communities. CARM works to influence public policy, promote social justice, and empower underrepresented groups through advocacy, community engagement, consultancy, and capacity-building initiatives through the sharing of  the lived experiences of CARM members and supporters.
